Care instructions

Monif C. clothing are luxury products that should be cared for by following the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment. For best results, dry clean only.

Forms of Payment Accepted

Monif C. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.   Personal Checks and Cash are not accepted at this time.   If you would like to pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check, please place your order by phone by calling 212.842.1641 M-F 10am - 7pm EST.

Pricing policy

Our online merchandise prices are typically the same as those in the stores which carry Monif C. 

Sales Tax

We charge required local and state taxes for New Jersey only.   Sales tax in clothing in New Jersey is 0%, and therefore sales tax will only be added for non-clothing items.   The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system.

Price adjustments

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) adjustment for items purchased within 7 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments contact our customer service department.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on MonifC.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Free Exchanges, Easy Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. If you are exchanging your item, you will not be charged shipping costs on the new item! Does not apply if you are having your item shipped 2-day or overnight. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Shipping costs are not refundable

Return/Exchange Instructions:
1) Please e-mail info@monifc.com or call 1-212.842.1641 M - F 10am - 7pm EST for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you contact us
by e-mail, you will receive the RAN within 24 hours. You must print the RAN on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your
shipment.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

3. Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via email on record of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email you. If you have any questions, please email us anytime at info@monifc.com . International

Shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order and the destination and will be determined post transaction via email confirmation. Because of this, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process the transaction.  All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.  Please note that any customs transactions will be your responsibility. A street address and telephone number is required. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box or an APO/FPO.

Shipping Delays
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee the arrival of international packages due to inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States. If you are interested in ensuring the delivery, Monif C. can ship via FedEx guaranteed overseas shipping. Please contact info@monifc.com for exact Federal Express rates.

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to customs processing. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Monif C. does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Monif C. is not responsible for customs duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer.   For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Time

When estimating when your Monif C. merchandise will arrive, please consider the following:

- Credit card approval must be received prior to order processing
- All Monif C. Orders received by 2:00pm EST will be shipped the same day (M-F).   Orders received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
- 2-day shipping is NOT guaranteed for Saturday. If you must receive your item by Saturday and do not have enough time for Ground Shipping, we strongly suggest you use Overnight shipping.
- Deliveries only occur on Mondays through Saturdays, excluding holidays
- Overnight delivery is available on Saturday.
- There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.) that carries do not pickup or deliver.

Terms of service

All transactions hereunder shall be subject to and construed under the laws of New Jersey. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to jurisdiction of the New Jersey courts in the county of Middlesex.

When placing an order with Monif C., you are attempting to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that order.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to change these prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the product descriptions on our website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.
