Free Bootcamp class this Saturday!
Remember the fitness bootcamp I told you guys about in the Plus Size & Fit section of the blog? If you forgot, here's the original blog post.
Well, Aja, the trainer is giving a FREE class on Saturday at 9:30am in the Fort Greene Park! So I thought this would be a GREAT opportunity for all my Monif C. girls to come train with me on Saturday!

Location: Fort Greene Park, come up to the Monument in the middle of the park
